Chocolate chip cookies

Et si on profitait de ce mercredi pour faire de bon cookies à l'américaine avec nos petits ! 

1 cup of flour 
1 large egg
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup butter or margarine softened
¼ teaspoon baking soda 
¼ teaspoon salt 
½ cup brown sugar 

1. in a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt
2. in a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla until well combine. Beat in flour mixture and add the chocolate chips.
3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons.
4. With an adult (parent), bake in a oven (180° C) until golden around edges, 10 to 12 minutes.
